GREEN SUGAR CANE
Green sugarcane is a tall, tropical grass prized for its natural sweetness and vibrant green stalks. Rich in sucrose, it’s crushed to produce sweet, refreshing juice with a hint of grassy flavor — enjoyed fresh or mixed with lime in many tropical regions. Beyond juice, sugarcane is key in sugar production, fueling treats from candies to baked goods. Grown in warm climates like Brazil, India, and China, its fibrous byproduct (bagasse) is also used for eco-friendly fuel and materials.
